The Hidden Margin Blueprint

Find out what the gap between your ERP and your floor is costing you, in dollars, in three weeks.

We walk your operation, find every place the work slips out of the system and into workarounds, and put a dollar figure on each one. You leave with a costed plan to get that money back.

For manufacturers and distributors running an ERP that never quite fit.

Fixed price, travel included. Your fee credits 100% toward the build.

Sound familiar?

Your ERP runs the books. Your people run the business, in spreadsheets.

JDE, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Dynamics: they were built to close the month, not to run your floor. So the real work happens in the gaps:

Every one of those gaps leaks money, in rework, overtime, errors, idle capacity, and decisions made on stale data. You can feel it. You just can't see the number. That number is what we find.

From the founder

I've built the layer an ERP was missing, at a real plant.

Plenty of people can wire up AI now. Far fewer have stood on a plant floor, mapped how the work really moves, and built the system that fixed it. That is the job here.

I've spent 20+ years in IT and 10+ as a business analyst. At a cabinet manufacturer, our ERP (JD Edwards) was built for sales, so I built the manufacturing side on top of it: a production-tracking layer through the facility, an FTL shipping planner, a scheduling system.

Today I also run a regional internet provider, and much of its day-to-day work runs on AI agents I built: outage alerts, dispatch decisions, and the automations behind them. When I tell you a system can close the gap between your ERP and your floor, I am describing how I run my own business.

I run every Blueprint myself. I can diagnose your operation like an analyst and build the fix like an engineer, and the gap between your ERP and your floor is where that pays.

The engagement

Three weeks. We do the digging. You get a decision-ready plan.

No year-long project. No army of consultants billing by the hour. A fixed, fast diagnostic that ends with a costed roadmap you can act on, with us or without us.

Week 1, Discovery

We walk your operation

Floor, warehouse, dispatch, back office. We watch how the work actually happens, interview your people top to bottom, and inventory every system, and every spreadsheet that quietly props it up.

Week 2, The number

We quantify the leak

We map every gap where your systems fail your operation and put a dollar figure on it: labor hours, rework, errors, cycle time, idle capacity. Then we flag which gaps AI should fix, and which it shouldn't.

Week 3, The Blueprint

We hand you the plan

A prioritized, costed build roadmap, quick wins first and bigger plays sequenced behind them, delivered in a live readout to your leadership. You leave knowing exactly what to fix, in what order, for what return.

What you walk away with

Four things you keep, whether or not you ever hire us again.

It's vendor-neutral. Build it yourself, hand it to your IT team, or have us do it. The Blueprint stands on its own.

Why this is low-risk

Your Blueprint fee credits 100% toward the build when you start it with us within 90 days.

Every deliverable is yours to keep, with or without us. If you build with us, the diagnosis costs you nothing on top of the build.

Investment

One fixed price, agreed before we start.

A number you know up front, with travel included. Half to start, half on delivery.

The Hidden Margin Blueprint
$30,000
2 to 3 weeks, one full operation, end to end. Travel included. Half to start, half on delivery.

Your whole operation mapped, the leak quantified in dollars, and a costed build roadmap. The four deliverables above, yours to keep.

Book a fit call

Want to test the method on a single process first? The Focused Diagnostic is a scoped, money-back-guaranteed version at $8,500, and 100% of it credits toward your Blueprint.

The honest math: a Blueprint only makes sense if the gap is costing you well over $30,000 a year. If we don't think yours is, we'll tell you on the fit call, before you spend anything.

After the plan

Keep the plan and run it yourself, or have us capture the margin for you.

The Blueprint is yours and it stands on its own. Build it in-house, hand it to your IT team, or have us build it. A Sprint builds the top items on the roadmap alongside your team. A Program builds the whole roadmap for you. Either way, 100% of your Blueprint fee credits toward the build, and the price is scoped from the roadmap, not a number off a shelf.

Whatever you decide, the plan is yours to keep.

Straight answers

The questions every operator asks first.

How much of my team's time does this take?

More than zero, and it's some of the best-spent time in the engagement. We do the heavy lifting, but the people who actually run the work are the experts, and they hold the knowledge we're after. So we do need real access to your key people: focused interviews and time watching the process, scheduled around your operation, not a standing committee or all-hands meetings. The depth of what we find depends on it, so we'll say it plainly: plan for your subject-matter experts to give us a few hours each across the three weeks.

Is this going to be a rip-and-replace of our ERP?

Almost never, and we'll tell you honestly if it should be. The whole premise is that your ERP is fine at what it was built for; the money is in the layer around it that fits how you actually run. We find the smallest, highest-return fixes, not the biggest invoice.

What if you don't find anything worth doing?

In an operation running its real work in spreadsheets, that's not a bet we're worried about. If you want it proven before committing to the full Blueprint, start with the Focused Diagnostic: one process, money-back guaranteed. And whatever you spend on a diagnostic credits 100% toward the build, so the work is never wasted.

Do we have to hire you to build it?

No. The Blueprint is yours to keep and vendor-neutral: build it in-house, hand it to your IT team, or have us do it. If you do choose us for the build, your Blueprint fee credits 100% toward it.

Will you protect our data and our people?

Yes. We sign an NDA before we start, we don't move or expose your data to do the analysis, and we treat your floor with the respect of someone who's worked one. The goal is to make your people's jobs easier, not to put a target on anyone's back.

Find your number

Tell us where the work slips. We'll tell you if a Blueprint is worth it.

Pick a time for a 25-minute fit call. We'll talk through your operation and tell you honestly whether there's a Blueprint worth running. If there isn't, we'll say so. No pitch, no pressure.

You'll answer four short questions about your operation and get a confirmation by email. Prefer email? Write to sales@kingdomcometech.com. Your fee credits 100% toward the build.
